Beautiful property, warm and caring owners, and a heavenly place to visit Cinque Terre from! Imagine waking up in an Italian vineyard, having fresh made rose jelly, figs, and fruits picked right outside the door. Take a dip in the pool (where the temperature is perfect), then have a glass of wine from the grapes made from the vineyard just a few feet away while overloookng the beautiful view of the town and mountains. Lorenzo, the owner of the property, is not only passionate about hospitality, and came to help us plan out our trip to cinque terre, offering great restaurant suggestions and helping us map out the perfect few days. The only slight imperfection, which was quite understandable, was just that the AC was switching between a bit too cold and a bit too warm, and that on one of the mornings, the shower seemed to have run out of hot water. However, neither are major issues at all and you might not even experience or notice. Aside from that, I can’t imagine staying elsewhere (the actual towns in cinque terre towns would likely have been far more busy and crowded), and Levanto is extremely convenient (one train stop away from 5terre). We LOVED OUR STAY and can’t wait to go back!

Diese Lokation ist einfach nur toll so viel Liebe für Details und Vielfältigkeit, die Lorenzo und sein Team hier in alles investieren ist einfach nur schön anzusehen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Viele eigene Produkte beim Frühstück und zum Mitnehmen. Wir kommen wieder.

We loved the charming house and its beautiful garden, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, our room was very humid. The location is excellent, situated above the city and perfect for those arriving by car, as there is ample parking. We highly recommend trying their white wine and attending the tasting night. The breakfast was okay but had a limited selection.

Bel établissement, bien situé pour visiter les 5 Terres. La gare se trouve a 10 mn a pied. L'equipe est tres sympathique. Le jardin est superbe.

Lorenzo and staff were great! Loved being in the hills and still easy access to train and town. Borrowed bikes to ride north which was nice change from cinque terre. Delicious breakfast on patio and even one very rainy day in which we enjoyed a stormy morning in the villa. ONLY complaint and I hate to even mention it cuz all really was great, but quite a lot of dog barking in the valley so not next door but still audible in the distance most of the night, even during the storms. Almost sounded like nearby kennel? But again, that did NOT damper anything-just something to be aware of. Would go back!! Didn’t enjoy pool bc ran out of time but lovely option!

Super godt sted hvor man føler sig velkommen på stedet. Som Agriturismo ligger det nok lidt tæt på byen, men det er nu meget godt for så er der ikke langt til stationen og byens mange tilbud. Smuk udsigt fra værelser og pool område. I det hele taget meget smagfuldt

We loved our stay at the villa! I would definitely recomment not to live in cinque Terre but stay here instead. 10 min from train station and the trains leave 3 times per hour to the villages in Cinque Terre. 20 min to the beach but an easy walk. In Levanto city it was busy and we loved the chill, calm and quiet Villa much more. The Villa was lovely with a nice outside area, a pool, lot of olive trees and a vineyard. The staff was sooo friendly and serviceminded and took their time to talk to all of us staying there. Atmosphere was great and relaxing, exactly what we needed. Don't forget to try their wine and marmalade. Check-in was super and we got a great introduction of the Cinque Terre and Levanto area. We would LOVE to come back.

This is absolute our favourite hotel! Quiet, beautiful, wonderful view. The straff was very nice and service-minded. The hotel is lokated about 10 min walk from the railway-station, perfect for exploring Cinqueterre.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herausragende Freundlichkeit des Personals. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft groß geschrieben. Etwas schade ist hingegen, dass nach Sonnenuntergang keine ansprechende Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit im Freien vorhanden ist. Die Zimmer sind recht unterschiedlich in der Größe.

Un séjour au top ! Des hôtes accueillants et aux petits soins. Le logement est magnifique et l’extérieur est à coupé le souffle (végétation, déco, piscine, ect...) il est aussi idéalement situé (a 8min à pied de la gare qui dessert les cinq terre). Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !!! :)

Un cadre idéal dans une belle demeure au charme suranné, un accueil parfait , des conseils à faire pâlir les offices de tourisme , un déjeuner à base des produits de la maison , une piscine avec apéritivo ... à qq minutes à pieds de la gare et du centre ville ... tout est dit

Excellent séjour. Petit déjeuner dans le jardin luxuriant. Petite piscine très sympa (à 18h, possibilité d'y prendre l'apéro. A 15 minutes à pied de la gare pour les visites de Cinque Terre et 20 minutes à pied du centre ville (belle plage / bons restaurants). Personnel aux petits soins.
