Wonderful stay from the beginning. It’s hot there and when we checked in they offered us a nice camu-camu cocktail. My new favorite fruit. This hotel has AC and free breakfast, totally worth it. Will stay again!

The staff was great and the property was well kept. Our room was near the street which was very loud at different times of night. The WiFi in the room was very weak, could not stream a movie on the television. Matcha the hotel dog is a great companion, very friendly and happy. Overall good experience.

La atención del personal y en especial del Gerente el Sr Ismael, estuvieron a la altura de un gran hotel. El personal de habitaciones excelente. Cabe destacar al personal de restaurante, la sra. Buen hotel pero un poco intensos

El Waira es una excelente opción para alojarse en Leticia, las instalaciones son practicamente nuevas, las habitaciones son comodas, el desayuno incluido es abundante y variado, y las opciones del restaurante en cuanto a comida tipica son buenas. La piscina es muy conveniente. Me molestó que aún no conocen como funciona Hoteles.com. A pesar de ya haber hecho el pago por la plataforma, me llamaban a la habitacion y cada vez que entraba o salia me decian que tenia que pagar, hasta que tuve que mostrarles el soporte del banco. Para el momento del check out también me llamaron a la habitación a decirme que tenia que salir.
