- The room I booked was not the room they had be stay in. - The office phone is broken and you can barely hear the front desk staff - The room / building is very run down and area around the property are sketchy - Overall extremely low quality hotel. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room we were given was dirty and had dirty underwear and socks on the floor. When we spoke to the front desk they said it had been cleaned so we invited them up. They declined coming to see it and told us we had paid so it wasn’t their problem.

No clean towels,dirty microwave in room,room felt dirty as soon as we walked in. Cigarette butts all around the door or entrance to the room.couldnt take a shower due to dirty linens in the room. Very poor and dirty appearance of the building. I would discourage anyone from staying here

This property is super cozy. The room we had was roomy and very clean. The lady at the front desk is always amazing greets you with a friendly smile and a great personality will always book here when needing to stay in Fort Macleod

For the price it was definitely a good stay. Major issues included the AC not working properly, lacking enough toilet paper, not enough toiletries given for the shower, and not enough utensils given for the kitchenette. Would stay again for the price.

Terrible experiencia no reconendable

El peor “hotel” en que he estado de toda mi vida. Unhealthy room… oloroso a tabaco y mariguana, sábanas amarillas, no limpias.. se reservó por 3 noches y solo estuvimos una noche, tuvimos que hospedarnos en otro hotel. Esto en realidad era un motel y las fotos que aparecen en la app no corresponden con la realidad. Espero y sea devuelto mi dinero por dos noches.

Terrible

The room, bed, and bathroom were disgustingly dirty, smelling of tobacco and marijuana. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels were stained... I want a refund for the two nights I paid for, as I don't want to post my comments on social media. The photo sent is a demonstration of the unsanitary condition of the bathroom and room. We had to vacate the room the next day after arriving for the same reason. The receptionist and cleaner are the same, and the treatment was never appropriate. I felt completely unsafe in that motel. My traveling companions, who were in other rooms, also had to change hotels for the same reasons.
The photo sent is a demonstration of the unsanitary condition of the bathroom and room.

La habitación no vale el precio que pagué, muy mala atención de la señora que hace el check in, es la misma que limpia y cuando llegué tenía cerrada la oficina, hubo que esperarla más de 20 minutos, en cuanto a la habitación la limpieza es deficiente en general, huele muy mal, las puertas están caídas, para abrirlas se deben empujar nuy fuerte y para cerrarlas debes aplicar fuerza y cuesta mucho trabajo, a las habitaciones les hace falta mantenimiento, la ropa de cama no está bien lavada y huele muy mal. Fue una pésima experiencia, venimos a una boda, nos tuvimos que quedar ahí porque ya había pagado pero de no ser por eso nos habríamos ido de inmediato, fue una pésima experiencia y definitivamente no lo recomiendo, deseo que tomen en cuenta mi opinión. Gracias.

Front desk clerk was rude, unhelpful & ruined our stay, would not recommend staying here at all to anyone. Do not stay here it's nothing like they claim on here either.

We were really disappointed with this motel. The room wasn't anything like the photo on Expedia. It was poorly lit and lacked lightbulbs for the ceiling light in the kitchen area. When we complained about this the staff unplugged one of the table lamps and set it on the kitchen counter. The bathroom door was missing the latch bolt so it wouldn't even close, and the shower was so small the water sprayed onto the floor where mould was growing. It appeared that someone cleaned the place but it looked like it hadn't had a deep clean or was well maintained for a long time. There was a Queen bed and a pullout couch, but the couch mattress was very uncomfortable with springs poking through the mattress. Eventhough they say coffee is in the room we had one serving for a keurig machine but the machine on the counter was for a basket drip. We ended up shortening our stay and wouldn't recommend this to anyone in the future.
