"Sapphire could be a very nice option. If they clean the place up. Its very outdated. Has a stale smell, my key card didn’t work for my room and i had to continuously get it fixed. We turned on a lamp in our room and knocked power to one side of the room. Property seem abandoned in some areas. Small Bugs in the room. Wasn’t enough wash towels. Positives, nice views from the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And tried their best to fix all the issues in A timely manner. Rooms are big in size. 5/10. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"The morgan was amazing let's start with staff, we were welcomed with rum punch upon arrival, allowed early check-in rooms were clean and so was all facilities, the gym was clean with updated equipment.the food/ drinks was ok, the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, the hotel offers transportation to and from . The rooms over look the pool and clear blue ocean, highly recommend 😀"

"The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate. Superb choice of Restaurants but Elements buffet, apart from breakfast choice was poor, so make sure you reserve at Hunters, Olympus, Vespa, Haven. There needs to be more sun Parasols. Enough beds but not enough shade."
