「Everyone was very nice and helpful. Sitting on the veranda for their breakfast was a great way to start the day and choices included Fresh fruit, granola bars, yogurt, oatmeal & yummy New York bagels and coffee, tea or hot chocolate and juice. This B&B is in the hills so expect a lot of stairs (great daily workout). Parking was adequate! Loved our room and balcony overlooking the Charlotte Amalie harbor. 「Facing the Atlantic Ocean, I can hear the sound of waves lulling me to sleep at night, which helps me sleep very well. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me.」

「Ce n’est pas un hôtel, comme indiqué sur Expédia : pas de réception, pas de piscine, mais une simple maison. La propriétaire a « manqué notre réservation » : donc logement pas préparé à notre arrivée. Puis elle parle de vérifier si nous avons réservé la formule avec petit déjeuner, alors qu’Expedia affiche que le petit déjeuner est compris… A noter aussi que la terrasse devant la maison ( côté mer) est celle du restaurant voisin.」

「Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch.
