They have an excellent breakfast included in the price and start very early for travelers. We were very pleased with how smoothly everything went and would return!」

「Really lovely locally owned and run hotel. Our kingsize upgraded room was stunning, and massive. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The homemade shortbread in the room was incredible, and they even refilled it when we scoffed it all! Breakfast was tasty, and the hot food was made to order. The on-site gym “The Unit” was really great and fully included in the room rate, which felt like a treat! They are clearly modernising the hotel to an high standard, and as far as we saw only the...

「Wanted to use the gym, didnt as it was only open after 8am due to it being "amongst rooms and it makes noise"....move it then! Room was clean and spacious, it was cold on entry, but did warm up with heating. Gym not being open was a disappointment. Website said open from 7am, staff said not open until 8am.」

「Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. 」
