「Property is quite beautiful in a shabby chic kind of way, although the ground is relatively small. Food is decent, but nothing too memorable. We didn’t realise it has a Michelin star, so decided to pay the premium as we didn’t want to go out after a long drive from Calais. Restaurant service was not great to be honest, we had to keep asking for our wine glass to be replenished, even though they didn’t seem to be short of staff. 」

「Personal, Abendessen und Frühstück großartig! Die beiden Damen waren rührig und stets für jeden da! Aber 2 Angestellte für ein großes Hotel definitiv zu wenig. Aschenbecher im Außenbereich wurden nicht geleert, tote Käfer auf der Terasse und Vogelkot. Die Lüftungsanlage viel zu laut und nur 1 Handtuch im Badezimmer. Und dann hieß es zunächst noch, mein Zimmer sei nicht bezahlt. Musste erst Kontobeläge runterladen, dass per Expedia längst alles bezahlt war... aber sonst alles gut;)」
