"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

No tienen WIFI para los clientes, y además los abonados (al menos de Orange) no tienen cobertura de teléfono. Es decir que, ya es grave no poder llamar por teléfono, pero eso no es su responsabilidad. Pero sabiendo esto, que no tengan WIFI ... es tener a los clientes incomunicados. 3. Necesitaba subir un café a mi mujer a la habitación, el bar abre a las 2 de la tarde...

"Jose, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and caring. He, without being asked, offered to make phone calls to reserve a rafting trip and a busy restaurant for lunch. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!"
