"This is a a beautiful old chateau which operates as a hotel. The staff is lovely and very accommodating to travelers. I do t speak any French and the staff speaks little English but we managed just fine. I stayed in the carriage house. The room was very basic but had a remodeled bathroom. Probably the biggest issue was the heat and a lack of air conditioning. I had temps ranging from 98-102 the entire time I was there so that was hard. Just know this when you plan. The restaurant is wonderful and reasonable for Europe. It was the best food I had in three weeks traveling in Europe. One of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Breakfasts are wonderful and again, very reasonable. Fresh fruit, ham, meat and cheeses along with fresh breads and pastries. You should definitely rent a car if staying her. Ubers are a fortune to and from this location. Double of what you would expect. It’s not walkable to town or any conveniences. That said, it was a quiet and very quaint stay and again, the staff was fantastic."

"From check in to check out staff were friendly and helpful The hotel is clean and comfortable with a pleasant lounge and dining room Our room was large with a big bathroom and separate loo, the bed was comfortable with crisp clean linen We particularly enjoyed using the balcony We enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the restaurant Thank you Hotel Le Parc We will be back next trip"
