「Staff are very very friendly and wonderfully ! But some of equipment in the room is not really ready ! Some guest on upstairs smoking on the terrace , some cigarette ash fell onto our terrace !」
「Our stay at this hotel was in early September and the hotel was just opening up for the season. The front desk were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with providing information about the area.
The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were attentive to the guests.
If you have the option to select the mountain side view it's worth the extra money. The view of the Imperial Crown was absolutely breathtaking and such a peaceful atmosphere.」
