Wonderful place to stay when in Shetland

Wonderful and cozy place, conveniently located for sightseeing and exploring lerwick. Peter is an excellent attentive host. We would stay there again when in Shetland and can only recommend!

We were here for four days. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Our room #1 was very comfortable and breakfast was very good with fruits, toast, pastries.......The owner Peter was very helpful.

An excellent B&B outside the center of the Lerwick, but very walkable to anywhere you need to go. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, and had a large ensuite bathroom with a great shower. The continental breakfast had a good array of choices. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Exceptional Guest House with a warm welcome.

I enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay at Eddlewood Guest House. Very clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming. Host Peter was exceptionally helpful, courteous and informative. Breakfast was perfect and there was a wonderful choice. Location is very convenient for all amenities and for using as a base for any visit to Lerwick and indeed mainland Shetland and the islands.

Another excellent stay.

My second recent stay at Eddlewood Guest House was excellent. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming with everything in place for all types of travellers. Very convenient for local travel links to and from the airport, ferry terminal, to town and all across the mainland of Shetland and beyond. Very good communication from a most helpful host. The house is nice and clean. There were cookies each day, and things to make coffee/tea, but water would have been wonderful. The room is small, but it was fine for 3 nights. It was exceptionally warm while we were there and the host purchased a fan to combat the heat. It was much appreciated. Great stay! Parking situation is limited.
