Para hacer uso del yacuzzy, teníamos que avisar, los precios de los alimentos y bebidas son exageradamente elevados, los vasos por prestarlos cobran $30 sin devolución. No ofrecen jabón, crema de cuerpo etc, para cuidado personal.

La verdad el lugar está hermoso lamentablemente tienen una limpieza pésima me encontré con envolturas de condones en el piso además estaba todo polvoso y cuando pides servicio a cuartos te cobran demás, todo lo bonito del lugar lo hechando a perder los empleados q lo manejan

Llegando me dijeron que no tenía reservación aunque tenía la confirmación en mi correo por parte de hoteles.com, tuve que esperar 30min la habitación y tuve que enseñar el correo de mi celular para que reconocieran la reserva y ya dijeran que siempre si la tenían, hacía frío y no funcionaba el minisplit, marqué a recepción y no me pudieron dar una solución. Tampoco había jabón en regadera, no había jabón para manos y ese lo pedí y si me lo llevaron rapido.
