「The front guy from the check in didn't know much of what was going on. It took a while te get our room keys and to be charged. We were in a hurry so I just the rooms and they smelled awful and one of the beds had red spots. I let the guy know and he said he would see it later so I took off. When we came back I didn't want to stay there so I told him if we could have a refund or at least half and they said NO. I went to find another hotel where I stayed. 「My husband, my mother and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is close to the Cathedral and Central Market, but far enough away not to be too noisy. The breakfast was good if limited in choices. The staff, especially Eddie, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pool area is small, but inviting. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Me gustó la excelente atención, las instalaciones muy limpias y bonitas, lo único malo es que no tienen televisión en las habitaciones y que está prohibido el uso de planchas porque no lo soporta la instalación.」
