A fairly comfortable room, although walls are thin and noise travels easily. The pool provided much needed respite from the heat of Leon. The breakfast was also delicious!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped us with rides to and from the property as well as excursions. The amenities are simple, but everything was very clean. The property was a little bit of a walk to popular destinations, but this made it a quieter stay as well.

What a beautiful Hotel, very well decorated . The owner Piero was very helpful with information and he organized our Volcano Boarding tour. The room was very clean, nice pool area . Recomended

The space is very zen and staff was incredibly friendly. They have free breakfast and the room is immaculately clean. Close to the action of Leon but a tranquil setting among the hustle and bustle. Also free bikes on site for use whenever.

Amazing

It was amazing couldn have asked for a better location. Very walkable to everything staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Street parking infront of building. Literally couldnt have asked for more.

Highly recomended!! we really enjoyed our room , very clean. The hotel is quite and has a pool and and shared a kitchen . Very tasty breackfast and the personel was very helpful. 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. They offer Volcanos tours

Beautiful Hotel very simple but very well decorated. All the property was very clean , the staff members are always cleaning around. Our room was clean and quite. The pool area is very nice and the water was clean. The rent bikes for free if you don't want to walk

Very clean , quite and a Pool !!!!!

Beautiful Hotel, we really enjoyed our stayed, all the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Our room was spotless and a very confi bed. They have a beautiful pool and a equipped kitchen . It's not too far from the Cathedral, about 15 minutes walking , it's good if you want to explore the city... reccomended !

The staff are lovely and very helpful. There are some areas for improvement, soundproofing is minimal, the pool isnt great and needs some attention, hot water in the shower and some touches like shampoo, free filtered water and fruit with breakfast would be nice and are pretty standard elsewhere in this price range.

Great place to stay!

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. It has a cute courtyard with a small pool, hammock, and plants. We felt safe there as there is a large door that is locked to the entrance to the street. The staff helped us get taxis and a shuttle from the airport. Walkable distance to the restaurants. There are bikes on property that makes it even easier to get around.

No daily cleaning

The hotel is very nice, good breakfast options but they don't clean the room everyday and the bin is open with dirty toilet paper also water spills out of the poorly designed shower so you really need to clean daily!

Liked · Excelent Hotel, probably one of the best we visited during our trip for cleanliness and friendly staff. They have a beautiful small pool perfect for the hottest hours of the day. Very tasty breakfast. 15 minutes walk from the center, they also have free bikes.

The place is nothing like they present it in the promotional marketing… the entrance is an alley… no air conditioning in some rooms, no hot water, the bed has no quality sheets and pillows. The place is basically an old house converted to make money of turists. HOWEVER, the worst part is the lack of customer service training, the lady at the entrance desk is poorly trained, defensive , and could not care less about our concerns.
