「Cathy is the restaurant host in the hotel . She made us feel at home, providing prompt food service. The hotel is simple but walking distance to every thing including Airport. We will be back!」

「Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,...

「Habitación muy mediocre para el precio que se paga, esto no es un hotel de 4 estrellas ni se le acerca. El personal totalmente descuidado, grosero y maleducado. Desayuno inexistente: dicen que es de 7 a 9 de la mañana pero vas a las 7.30 y ahí no hay nadie, una vergüenza. Muchas veces la recepción está sin nadie que te atienda. Son un absoluto desastre. No recomiendo para nada alojarse aquí.」

「El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, sus instalaciones son viejas y descuidadas, la puerta principal cierra a las 10:00pm, y deben darte una llave para esa puerta y otra para tu habitación. A nosotros nunca nos la dieron, así que, te apurabas para llegar o tenías que llamar por teléfono al encargado para que te abriera. Algo importante de señalar, como turista, no siempre cuentas con un celular para hacer llamadas locales, NO SE LES OLVIDE. No estaba segura si mi reservación incluía desayuno...

「Located just a short walk from the main ferry dock and very close to playa Mann. The roof top views of the town and ocean are incredible. We had a balcony with a hammock facing the ocean. It was a pleasure to get to know the owner, Eduardo. He was extremely welcoming and helpful and made a delicious breakfast.」
