「The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average. They had fresh squeezed orange juice (they actually had a machine right there). Nice fruits and...

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」

「Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home. 「Das Zimmer war sauber und großzügig. Das Frühstück frisch und ausreichend. Das Abendessen war hervorragend! Die Angestellten waren freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Man hatte einen super atemberaubenden Blick auf den Luganer See und der Lago Maggiore war mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben immer einen guten Parkplatz bekommen und die Auffahrt zum Hotel war zwar schon eher für geübte Fahrer, sollte jedoch für die Meisten kein Problem...
