It is very evident that many people live full time at this property. There was a horrible smell in the room, the door locks were barely screwed in. The door had marks and dents in it that looked like it was forced open. Properly was full of trash in the parking lot and dog feces every where. We did not stay the full duration.

I arrived at the property around six in the evening. The person at the desk was video chatting with someone on her phone while she was checking me in. She had an ear bud in one ear and barely said more than two words to me the whole time I was checking in. When I found my room- it was dirty, smelled heavily of marijuana. We had to walk not only up to the second level but half way around the property to get to our room. As someone with lung problems and allergies- I was unable to accept a room in such condition. So I went back to the desk and asked for a refund. The woman who had originally checked me in was sitting in the corner still on the phone and a gentleman assisted me. He said he would move me to another room. The new room was clean and did not smell but the AC did not work and it was 82 degrees outside. So again I went to the desk. He told me they would refund me since they had given me two rooms that were unacceptable. I asked for a receipt. He attempted to help me as the woman (who was still on a video call) coached him. She said Expedia would give me a receipt. She said Expedia would refund me. She coached the gentleman on how to write up a refund ticket which said they owed me $72. Yet they refused to give me a copy. I left the establishment at 12 minutes after six and then had to find an alternative place to stay. I chatted with an employee of Expedias and she told me that that specific hotel owed me a refund- not Expedia. Beware of this SCAM!
