「Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.」

「We have our family trip in TAS for five days and we chose this hotel as out two day accomodation, a great place with free car park in front of the building, comfortable bed and shower, its away from the city but we find some good park for leisure, we drive to ferry pier in a few minutes. It is a valuable choice for the family to visit Hobart.」

「No shuttle bus to the airport as stated in the hotel info. Booked a room with jacuzzi but the bath plug was missing, couldn’t use the e tube at all. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall a very bad experience 」

「Quirkiness everywhere in this property. Very unique in you need to take the time to actually see everything. Good location to see Russell Falls and surroundings without having to travel in/out of Hobart. We stayed here after travelling the Central Highlands which is also stunning. 」

「Lovely hotel (I stayed at Moss 25) in a fantastic part of Hobart. Such an easy place to get to anything, steps from the Salamanca markets and only a few minutes walk to the wharf. I stayed in two rooms (loft and pod). I would stay again, however, I found the rooms way too dark. There was only mood lighting and not enough to make the room bright enough to do anything, esp in the pod rooms that have no natural light whatsoever. The pod rooms as well because there is no fresh air they got very...
