Rent og meget lækkert med hyggelig beliggenhed. Eneste minus uden for sæson er der ikke frokost på hotellet, og heller ikke i byen

Ontzettend netjes hotel, dichtbij het meer! Het is er rustig, mooi zwembad, lekker eten en ontbijt, fijne sfeer... echt een aanrader. We waren hier met alle mama's, opa's & oma's van de jongens van de voetbal. Die zaten zelf met papa op een andere locatie. Voor personeel geen probleem om apart af te rekenen met de grote groep, super vriendelijk zijn ze!

Schönes Zuhause am See
Essen und Frühstück in Stratmanns Kwalität, also top! Zuhause füll ambiente wie auch in Lohne. Leider hatte ich Zimmer 104. Das hatt eine treppe im Zimmer zum Baderaum, welcher hinter eine Schiebetür ist. Das ist schon gefährlich wenn wann nicht Stabiel ist. Das sollte mann vor der Buchnung erwänen. Auch die Matratze war nicht in Ordnung, habe die Federn gespurrt. Da hat Lohne doch gewonnen. ;-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Es herrschte eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Im Restaurant könnte man sehr gut essen! Auch der Kuchen war sehr lecker ! Da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren, konnten wir entspannt am Dümmer spazieren und die Natur genießen ! Auch der Saunabereich war ansprechend und hat uns gut gefallen !

Das Zimmer, das Essen, die Bedienung im Restaurant waren wirklich gut, nett und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
Jedoch sind die Mitarbeiter am Empfang überfordert und reagierten in einer Problemsituation (die Zahlung von Expedia war nicht eingegangen) nicht nur gestresst, sondern unfreundlich, unhöflich, beleidigend und sehr laut. Die Schuld wurde komplett beim Kunden gesucht.
Sehr schade, für so ein schönes Haus. Macht keinen guten Eindruck.

Die Rezeption war nach 16:00 Uhr schwer erreichbar. Der Service wurde dann von Restaurant-Mitarbeitern ausgeführt. Darüber wurde man aber nicht eindeutig informiert, man wartete und musste sich dann selbst durchfragen.
Beim Frühstück war die Qualität nicht durchgehend gut. Der Kaffeee stand in Thermoskannen auf dem Tisch, zum Teil eben schon sehr lange.
