Missing this place already

The people who work here are beyond amazing. Very courteous, thoughtful, helpful individuals. The food was top notch. Oddly, I miss their version of chimichangas! If you look at google maps, there’s a shortcut down the hill to the beach. I walked it every day. Honestly, I walked to the yellow bridge and to Ceningan as well. The dogs barking at night was my only complaint. Everything else was perfect! Thank you for having us!

We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff quickly managed to get the room ready for us within 15 mins. Great service and excellent food. The taste, quality and portion sizing were great at the restaurant. We could watch the sunrise from our bed. Scooters available for hire for a short ride down to Mushroom beach.

Lovely place, terrible experience

+ great pool and beautiful view, delicious food in the restaurant. Rooms are beautiful and bathroom clean. However.. - Dogs barking in the night. Some kind of animal was “eating” or scratching on the roof 4am one night. We had to hit the roof where the sound came from to make it disappear. Worst of all - cockroaches! One dead on the floor and one jumped at me when I was picking up something on the bench. I brushed it of in panic and it disappeared behind mini bar. I told staff. They laughed and tried to catch it, but it hid in the walls. Staff left. Same evening we saw it on top of the mosquito net, we tried to push it down and off fell a lot of dirt (dead bugs). No wonder the bug likes it there if they don’t clean the roof of the mosquito net. Overall - okey stay. Lovely place, terrible experience.

Väldigt fina bungalows med bekväma sängar! Poolen var guldvärd men tråkigt de växt upp träd som tog bort utsikten på de flesta ställen. Stannade 4 nätter och åt middag på restaurangen varje kväll, otroligt gott!

We spent 2 weeks there. You have everything you need and a lot more. After this time we felt we were part of the family. Leaving this place felt like leaving home.

Nice place with good service and a nice view. If you’re traveling solo, I would only recommend staying here if you’re planning to use a scooter to get around otherwise it’s a bit difficult to get anywhere.

Nice room - strange breakfast

Room was nice but very small, bathroom was bigger and very clean. We booked with breakfast and were only given coffee, fruit & toast. There is an extra cost of you want anything else from the large breakfast menu which was a bit strange as breakfast in Bali have always come with a hot option banana pancake etc. A little out of the way but nice views over the island

Nice hotel

Overall great hotel but just not close to much. Have to get a taxi or scooter to move around the island. Seems to be secluded from the main area.

Hotelli sijaitsee hieman syrjässä ravintoloista ja rannasta, mutta kaipasimmekin lomaltamme rauhaa. Saimme edullisesti vuokrattua hotellilta skootterin, jolla matkasimme joka päivä ympäri saarta sekä sillan kautta viereiselle saarelle. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja ruoka aina hyvää.

Excellent

Lovely quiet spot with views out to the water. Room very clean with comfy bed. Food from their restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had bikes there for hire so it it was very convenient. Originally booked for one night and ended up extending to 5.

Quiet and secluded

I booked D'MAS Huts after reading the reviews. We visit Nusa Lembongan for a month every year & stay at the beach. I wanted a change of scenery for 5 days while my husband was diving in Sulawesi. I'm so pleased with my decision. The huts are well-appointed, with good lighting & mini bar. The bed was very comfortable, with good quality sheets, pillows, duvet & mosquito net. The air conditioning was powerful. The blackout curtains would be useful for those who don't want to get up to watch the incredible sunrise opposite the property, though it's worth the early start to the day. The bathroom is slightly open at the ceiling, as is typical in this kind of accommodation. The shower was powerful, with plenty of hot water. Good quality bath towels, hand towels & pool towels are provided. There are enough sun loungers & sun umbrellas for all guests. The pool was clean & not over-chlorinated. The breakfast included in the room rate was huge! I had all my meals here and they were very tasty, perfectly cooked & very inexpensive. I found the owner, Nyaman, very friendly & helpful. Charming! The rest of the staff don't speak as much English as he does, but we managed fine. I wandered along the roads near the property & passed the time of day with local people, but it's a bit too far to walk to the nearest village & beaches. Renting a scooter to explore the island is an option. The roads around here were not as bad as some reviews suggest. I found the perfect escape here & will return.

Great food & view

Great villas nice ocean view with the cenigan yellow bridge. Food is really amazing here. Good swimming pool view.
