Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. Then the next morning I was told breakfast is only for one guest and I had to call hotel.com who now offered to refund me. The staffs were not very helpful but the hotel itself is...

"The customer service at this property was not the best. They claimed they could not find my reservation, which took a long process before they figured it out after giving me the run around. The property also does not have an elevator, which might not be convenient for senior citizens or disabled clients."

"So I'm going explain what happened on the day I booked my stay at this hotel at around 1 AM. I checked on Expedia to see if I could find a hotel. I found this hotel made a payment online via Expedia, got a confirmation number, called the phone number that was listed to confirm that I can check-in even though it was at 1 AM in the morning. The person I spoke to said yes, it was fine to come through, they will check me in. I get to the location and the front desk person asks me "How did I pay?"...

"The room that I rented was a room inside of an apartment. The second bedroom and sitting room belonged to a different guest. I paid via Hotels.com an Yp George Hotel told me that if I wanted to extend my stay that I would have to pay cash, if not for me to check out. That they had no affiliation with Hotels.com. I paid for a room with a kitchen, the stove didn't work bc it didn't have electricity, only used a generator."
