Very friendly. And helpful the moment you walk in. Close to the centre with abundant parking in the lot across the street. Room was very spacious with a large terrace overlooking the city. Breakfast was normal for a European type continental breakfast. If your staying in 8n this town I would recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel but I could not find it on my GPS, since it is called Sao Luis Hotel, rather than Stay Hotel Leiria Centro. It was very confusing. Street parking is very limited. Hotel was clean and centrally located.

Great value in Leiria.

Excellent value and exceeded expectations. Nearby parking in a gated lot was convenient. Less than 10 minute walk to the center. Decent breakfast.

Nice affordable hotel close to the centre

The location of the hotel is approx 400m from the centre and the bus station. It was a bit hilly to get there but very manageable. The price was great and the room was big enough. Internet working fine. The people at the reception were very nice too. But the breakfast was a bit basic for the price. Nice brown bread though.

Nice hotel, great service

Very nice reception staff. Parking available just across the street. Our room was high up, with a large balcony with a nice view of the castle. We had a little sitting area with a table and couch. We found treats (fruits and sweets) on the table. Walkable distance to downtown, but we needed to drive to the Castle Lift.

This is not a luxury hotel, but for what it's worth, I had a very good stay. Centrally located with helpful staff and 24 hours reception, it is within walking distance to local restaurants, bars and pharmacy. The stadium is also not very far away. WiFi was fine and the bed felt comfortable. Towels were clean, and there was shampoo and bar soaps for my use. I will definitely return.

Reason I am giving a poor review is I tried cancelling the reserve due to a surgery of a kidney from my husband, and they did not had the empathy of doing it. I had 2 reservations and both where lost. Travel plans may change and I think if it's for a health issue they should have more empathy.

The hotel did not have a microwave available to the guests. Nor did it have any form of refrigeration. You had to ask for ice and they gave you a glass of Ice. The staff was pleasant but they had zero flexibility and were not interested in how their guests felt ! I would probably never go back. However if this the type of room that works for you. Then go ahead and stay. I only review things as I see them. They were to the minute about handing you your key to the room. And they didn’t care if I gave them a good or bad review. I offered to pay them 10 extra euro to check us in at 3 pm instead of there 4 pm check in. But they wanted 20 extra euro. Greed and inconsiderate is what I call that. And when it hit four o’clock they released the room. I do not have a good feeling about this hotel. I will leave the rest up to you. Also their breakfast had to be paid for and that was horrible. Cold eggs and cold food. Definitely not worth the money paid
