Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and have a lot of things for kids to do. Only downside ia that the hotel had just opened for the season and was not fully ready. I recommend and would stay again.

Overall a good stay. Negative: Pool was very noisy with kids. Some were in jacuzzi all for several hours. Breakfast area a bit dated. Bulding outside a bit dated but inside mostly fine. Otherwise would be a 5*

Very nice hotel! The meals were served family style and you received two full main courses.. It felt like you were eating home cooked Portogues food. The huge pool was amazing. The hot tub was not so hot but still very nice.

Didn’t like the location and building conditions. To close to other properties. No intimacy. The smell of black mould hanging on exterior walls fills your room once you open the patio door. No coffee available until 8 am.

Très bel établissement

Très bel établissement, tous les services à la personne même pour les enfants . À 15 minutes de la plage . Petit déjeuner au top comme l’option de repas du soir. Géante piscine couverte . Jeux pour enfants (balançoire, cuisine , parcours de jeux , billards). Petit bémol chambre manque d’aération et la literie à revoir dans le future pour être parfait.

Horrorosa, pessimo hotel , pessimo atendimento e pessimo café da manhã Acabou energia e não avisaram que estariam fazendo conserto na rede , fizeram instalação de ponto de energia pra carro elétrico começou 7:30 da manhã com barulho insuportável , tudo em frente nosso quarto , funcionários na nossa sacada , nada foi avisado Saímos do hotel no dia anterior , não ficamos as 3 noites que foram pagas
