Highly recommend it. Extremely friendly staff. Much better priced than the hotels adjacent to the train station. This hotel is much cheaper and only two minutes walk to the station.

Excellent and very friendly staff. The room was very spacious. The hotel is near the main railway station with a tram just passing by, which comes with the expected pros and cons.

Very reasonable price for the night. Was offered a glass of champagne upon my arrival. Wonderfully spacious & quiet suite of rooms. Terrific staff. Will come here again. Just a 10 minute walk over to the new fine arts museum in a pedestrian area with interesting restaurants & a lovely park.

Excellent hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The 2 Double rooms with balcony also had an area with wardrobes and room to store our luggage, there was also a sitting area in the first bedroom. (Photos taken just before check out so beds not made) The staff were very friendly and helpful. On check in I was even presented with a welcome glass of Prosecco! The hotel breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location is right next to the main train station and an easy walk to the Old Town. For a good value dinner try Leo’s Brasserie. Not far from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good room in great location, with minor issues

Overall had a good experience, spacious room with mini fridge (mini bar) and desk, very conveniently located close to the main station which made getting around super easy! I just have a few small complaints but all in all the visit was good. My issues, in order of severity, are the following: 1) The bathroom had a full length window with shutters that didn't fully close all the way. When sitting on the toilet I was literally able to see people on the street below, which was obviously uncomfortable from a privacy perspective. They probably couldn't see me as well as I saw them, but it still made me feel uneasy to the point where I turned the lights off when showering. Bathroom windows like that should be frosted or something for privacy! Addditionally, the shutters were on the outside and when it was windy they made a fair bit of noise. 2) I had a corner room and it seemed the wifi signal was struggling to reach me. I always had only one wifi bar, and I lost connection if I took my phone into the bathroom. I had to reconnect a few times per day, which was annoying. 3) Though it wasn't a huge deal, it somewhat bothered me that the lightning in the room wasn't very good. When getting back in the evening when it was dark outside, I'd turn on every light but it was still quite dim (except the bathroom which got very bright) All things considered I'd rate my experience a 7/10, would be happy to stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Best Western in Leipzig city centre. The location couldn’t be more convenient – just steps from the main train station, with easy access to public transport, and a short walk to the town centre. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast service was excellent with plenty of choice to start the day right. A very reliable and welcoming base for exploring Leipzig. Highly recommended.

Ich war für eine Nacht da und habe 45€ mit Frühstück bezahlt. Leider war ich nicht wirklich begeistert. Der Check In war durchaus zufriedenstellend und die junge Dame sehr kompetent und freundlich. Sie konnte meine zusätzlichen Wünsche erfüllen. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß. Jetzt das negative: es braucht eine Grundpflege, das Zimmer war sehr verstaubt und auf dem Kopfkissen befand sich von der Vorgängerin noch Harre. Es befand sich keine Duschhaube im Badezimmer, wäre in Zukunft wünschenswert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für meinen Geschmack eine Katastrophe. Es wurde nicht gekühlt und nichts frisches nachgelegt daher war es optisch und geschmacklich nicht mehr so toll. Der Kaffee hat nicht geschmeckt und war zu dünn. Schade das Hotel hätte mehr potenzial. Ich würde das Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Dusche lief allerdings über (Abfluss), leider habe ich das zu spät gemerkt, sodass das Duschwasser bis in das Zimmer reinlief. Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht so toll. Der Saft war stark verdünnt und als wir Platz nahmen (9:30) war kaum was eingedeckt. Trotzdem würde ich wiederkommen, die Lage ist einfach hervorragend. Allerdings 24€ für eine Nacht in der Tiefgarage ist schon sportlich.
