「Amazing stay! Michal was great and picked us up from the airport. We had a beautiful room with a view of the city and Prague Castle. Room had A/C, a dishwasher, stovetop, washing machine and a drying rack, and a shower and a tub! Close walking distance to absolutely everything. Cant recommend enough!」

「Friendly staff. Modern hotel. Great breakfast with a wide variety of choice and I love it! (They change menu everyday and I didn’t get bored!) A bit confusing using the lift. I wish there are easier ways to get to the gym! P.s. the gelato shop nearby is super nice! What a pity that we knew it on the last day.」

「Super nice location, 1 mins to the Charlie bridge. loads of restaurants around. super friendly staffs at the reception. the breakfast was good.the room was huge for 2 (room at the tower) and stylish. but at the night you can hear some noise from the stair way.」

「The room was excellent - big, clean, windows on 2 sides making it very airy and giving a fantastic view of the Charles Bridge. Excellent choice of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The reception desk is based across the road but that was no issue - they even went out of their way to arrange chocolates as a birthday gift (without any prior request from my wife!). 10 min walk to the metro or 2 mins to tram stop. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「我们是一家带孩子入住，酒店位置超级好，在查理大桥和老城广场中间，到二者任何一个地方走路5分钟；楼下就有饭店。房间非常干净温馨，提供一个双人大床和1个单人床，热水壶吹风机都有。我们到的早，上午11点多到就直接入住了，前台非常好，办理入住时提供饮料/葡萄酒给我们；由于我们第二天一早很早赶飞机，帮我们晚上就准备了第二天的早餐打包送到我们房间，超级赞；帮我们安排的车子在约好的时间等在门口送我们，非常感谢！很遗憾就待了1天，下次还会入住这里的。再次感谢前台和接送我们的驾驶员！」

「This place was beautiful. This apartment was huge for our family of four. It was super clean and modern. Having a washing machine and drying rack to use was a bonus. This place is within walking distance of the Charles Bridge and the old town. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!」

「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」
