"Electrical did not work to charge anything or turn on lights. Also, Found multiple big black hairs when arrived which was pretty disgusting. Do not stay at this hotel, plenty of others in the area "

"We had to wait in the lobby past 5:30pm for our room that was supposed to be a 4pm check in. We were told there were “too many” early check ins and they were cleaning. After travelling 8+ hours and my mom across countries 12+ hours. Upon arriving to the room, my sheets had star glitter/confetti? Inside of them. So they were not even changed. No garbage bags in the garbage and the shower had hair all near the drain. we were given ONE free breakfast for the trouble with the wait. Which we did not even use as my family of 4 is not going to fight over who deserves the meal. "
