Beautiful location perfectly situated next to the harbour and the old town. It is a wonderful place to be in the evening with everything happening around you and a view of the boats. Get a room with the harbour view to make the most of it. The rooms were a little tired and the lift was tiny and cramped. The property would have benefitted from a pool. The decor needs updating and a bit of character added to it but on the whole good for a one to two night stay.

We had stayed at the hotel on several occasions in the past and never had an issue. On this occasion, one of our party passed away suddenly and we were unable to travel and stay at the hotel. Despite me sending 3 emails and trying to ring the hotel (there was no answer) and no response to any of my emails so we didn't end up staying and due to no communication from the hotel could not even discuss possibility of refunding due to the circumstances or amending the dates and changing the names for a different time. Absolutely unacceptable and we will never use this place again. heartless and cold.

Fremragende Hotel i området Lefkada

Alting i orden.

Mauvais rapport qualité-prix.
