Was staying in the place in early April 2026. Finding the place was quite complicated, no indication until you reach the closed gate with small laminated A4 paper with mobile number just off the small country side road - and then there is a coded entry (could have been an email with the code and directions before arrival) so we had to call few times to be let in and get direction as host was not onsite and was looking through the remote cameras). Room looked good, as pictured - nice and clean, comfy bed and great shower, kettle and tea bags in the room in absence of onsite breakfast option. However property is not is not fully finished, pool looks half built with no water, no tiles/decking outside, furniture stacked and not usable. No option for spa/massages as per listing in the description. When it will be finalised (hopefully summer 2026?) it might look as pictures, high end deluxe, calm and relaxing retreat but currently looks more like AI render.

Struttura bella e silenziosa. Manca di una reception vera e propria da collocare in una posizione differente , non di fronte ad una camera come è ora. Piscina gradevole, letto comodo. Work in progress...potenziale ancora da sfruttare!

Room is spacious and comfortable. Furnishings are high quality. Centrally located. What we did not like was the level of daily room cleaning which was close to none. They need to train or replace their cleaning staff. Swimming pool was not yet cleaned as it was early season but would have been nice if it was cleaned and ready to be used.

Check In war leider erst eine Stunde später als angegeben möglich (16 Uhr). An der Unterkunft ist derzeit eine Baustelle und teilweise war es etwas laut. An einem Tag fanden am Pool Videodrehs mit Drohnen etc. statt - das war etwas störend. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und im Zimmer roch es leider manchmal nach Abfluss. Dennoch war es in angesichts des Preises absolut zufriedenstellend. Zimmer sauber und der Pool sehr schön und zumeist ohne viele Gäste, da viele auswärts waren. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett.
