The owner, Margie, gave us a complete history of the inn upon our arrival. The inn is filled top to bottom with antiques, artwork and statuary. Loaded with artwork by the Florida Highwaymen and many works of art featuring Margie’s beloved Irish Wolfhounds, three of which live on site, but were kept in a different part of the inn. Check in/out was easy. Location is nearby the main downtown shopping area.

Very clean and welcoming environment. The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating with a delicious breakfast! Within walking distance to downtown too. I would return if vacationing in the area.

While the room and property was nice enough changing $300 a night for a room where you can’t control the thermostat, a tv with minimal channels and no way to adjust the volume, a coffee pot with nowhere but the floor to plug it in, and a bed that sags terribly bad is a bit much. I took my wife here for Mothers Day and ended up leaving a day early due to the freezing cold room (it appeared there was one thermostat for all of the rooms), the pool was cloudy due to some sort of imbalance, and the worst were the treacherous mid evil stairs leading to the second floor (my wife almost fell twice) no warning about these online, a photo would be helpful for those with balance issues. The owner was nice enough but definitely not worth over $600 for 2 nights.

Room was nice but a bit pricy considering other area BNB. Each room should have an individual single use coffee maker not a pot coffee maker, Breakfast was served late 15 to 30 minutes. No options to purchase snacks or cold drinks. People were very nice. Pool is great

Peaceful, warm, quiet environment located within walking distance to downtown Mount Dora . Friendly staff and owner. Food was delicious. The Inn was so cute and very clean. Absolutely an amazing stay. We are excited to go back.

The owner and her daughter are awesome! The breakfast was great and different each morning and they are extremely friendly and make sure you have what you need and are having a great experience. Slept well and super close to everything.
