Bungalows are beautiful and very convenient when we are attending horse shows at Grand Oaks. It’s a great facility with beautiful, well cared for grounds and amenities.

Place was very nice but I was there on an off event day. Seemed very quiet. Under beds were in need of cleaning / lg ant in my bed. Pool was in need of cleaning Bugs in kitchen window area So for the $ amount- would have wished better. Larger map of place would be nice- hard to find pool Beds were great/ and walk-in shower spacious! Great size living room and relaxing Overall, very comfy and beautiful

Beautiful, beautiful grounds. The unit was great with all that one could need & all brand new. The bad: no services to speak of. 1) We were there 4 nights and not once did they ever come by to pick up trash. (2) we booked it as it advertised riding - upon arrival “oh, we don’t do that anymore. (3) coffee shop closed (4) restaurant limited hours and 1x we went service was horrible even though there was only 3 tables. And with all of that, such a beautiful place.
