My superior room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. I have stayed here many times and enjoy the food from the bar. I have never had breakfast, so unable to comment on this.

Room key not activated when given to us, had to go back to reception from the 9th floor. Room keys deactivated when left room for breakfast on final day. No issues with room (906) Breakfast was acceptable with a varied choice, coffee machine dispensed lukewarm beverages. Check in and check out was good

Just stayed the one night as I was as in Leeds for my daughter’s graduation. I had requested an early check in and although I arrived at 8am (very early) I did get into my room at 11am some 4 hours early. Room was fine and we enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

Nice hotel , restaurant was great , I didn’t have breakfast . Parking is NON EXISTANT. So no ideal if driving

Lovely B&B

Lovely B&B, very welcoming and a great location for exploring. Breakfast had to be ordered the evening before which is fine for cooked food but I’d have preferred a buffet for cereals, juices, tea and coffee etc

One memeber of staff on check in creating queues. Bed was the smallest double I have ever seen. Shower gel was difficult to get from the container. Hairdryer was plugged in and when switching on it crackled and died. This could have been very dangerous. Key card would not work on the second night. View from the window in thw room amazing!
