limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)

The hotel is nice. But our room was so noisy! The 5th floor rooms have been changed to laminate flooring so all night all you could hear was people moving about and chairs scrapping on the floor. It was awful. It was so loud at time. Even at 2am the sound of a chair or something scrapping the floor could be heard. So we did not have a good nights sleep. However the woman at the desk in the morning gave us our parking free. If you are going to have laminate flooring atleast put some rugs down or have those felt pads on the bottom of the furniture. That might help reduce some noise.

No air con. Room service menu fairly limited. But overall good value for money with big room, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Walkable distance from the high street and restaurants makes it a good option for short stay in Leeds.

Overall good experience
Overall very good, spacious room and comfortable. Heating was good. Few things that can be improved. There was no details of the restaurant in the room had to look up online. It will be good if they also give body lotion and at least a welcome water bottle in the room. The sink had crack/ chip at couple of places.

Two night stay
The hotel was decorated very well for Christmas, lovely atmosphere with very friendly, welcoming staff & excellent service. Will not hesitate to return again.

Disappointing stay
Positive - good location, car park Negatives: - poorly trained staff - at arrival the receptionist asked me to pay for one extra person, having already booked and paid for triple occupancy I objected. There was no charge made but only found out this at check out as the member of staff didn’t confirm either way. - room was spacious and fairly clean but too hot. There was only one towel provided, beds were very hard. The worse thing was the random 4am call which we didn’t request. Overall poor sleep. - bar area was dirty with plates and drinks left uncleared.
