"Police/locals did not know where property was and kept pointing me in wrong direction. It’s very hard to pull luggage on cobblestones, especially hill. After you find hotel, you still have to go to another hotel to pick up keys. When mentioned situation to reception staff, was VERY unsympathetic. ..."
