Excellent. Great communication before arrival (Alessandra) - we arrived late on the day of a national train strike - but were able to be buzzed in remotely. Superb breakfast. Great room, although there wasn't a safe. Staff very good about leaving luggage between check-out and train-departure.

What a lovely spot in beautiful Lecce. Amazing room woth glorious high ceilings and comfy beds. We loved the daily breakfast and having access to the beautiful rooftop deck.

Lovely room in a charming area of Lecce

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with nice breakfast. The only problem was getting access on the day we arrived. I had messaged with our arrival time but the rooms were not easy to find, then when we found the property it required further messaging to access. A bit inconvenient but we did enjoy our stay.

This property surpassed my expectations, it is a converted palazzo, my room was spacious and comfortable with an immaculate and modern bathroom. The staff (not 24 hours) were friendly and helpful. A fabulous feature is the roof terrace where a generous breakfast was served (I was there in October and plenty warm to be outside). I booked this not knowing what to expect and was really impressed, I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend. Fantastic!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Les plus: la propreté, la localisation, le confort des lits, le calme Les moins: le petit-déjeuner (un peu basique par rapport à d'autres établissements que nous avions fait lors de notre voyage en Italie) et le stationnement (l'établissement est en zone ztl)

Beautiful, spacious room in an elegant renovated palazzo. Great location, though initially hard to find (small discrete signage). The breakfast and rooftop were delightful. We stayed 3 nights, perfect for seeing historic Lecce.

Die Unterkunft ist atemberaubend! Das Zimmer war so liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sehr sauber. Die Dachterasse ist perfekt, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen - aber auch für das gute Frühstück am Morgen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und auch der Bahnhof ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht in Lecce, wir hätten die Unterkunft auch gerne für mehrere Nächte genossen.

Notre accueil a été très sympatique mais l endroit n est pas très chaleureux bien qu extrêmement propre Il manque quelque chose pour sentir à l aise La terrasse est un atout bien que pas très exploité hors saison d été… En revanche la localisation est excellente pour visiter Lecce

Le palais a été rénové avec beaucoup de gout et est très contemporain. On s'y sent bien tout est très classe, beaucoup d'espace, lit très confortable, très grande douche. Il y a possibilité de se garer dans la rue avec parc mètre pas trop loin de la vieille ville non accessible en voiture. Petit bémol sur la salle de petit déjeuner qui n'est vraiment pas chaleureuse. Nous navons pas pu éteindre la climatisation de toute la nuit. La clim est relativement bruyante. Il y avait des travaux sur la place, les travaux ont commencé vers 8h. Pas de bouteille d'eau gratuite dans la chambre.

Great B&B in Lecce. Friendly professional staff. Large room good quality mattress and pillows. Breakfast was adequate with good coffee. We left early when checking out so staff left us breakfast… very thoughtful. A great place to stay walking distance to most amenities. Thank you and we’ll see you next time.

A nice place to stay

This is a very nice place to stay, conveniently located in the Old Town. Our suite was spacious and very clean. As is often the case in Italy, the balcony is more decorative than functional, which was true here as well. We decided to use the rooftop terrace for a glass of wine in the late evening. Our only critique is that there should have been some lighting available. The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay.

We LOVED this place! The room was beautiful and the staff was great. The roof access was special--grab your wine and enjoy an evening there! Breakfast, which was awesome, is served up there, too. We would return in a heartbeat.

Well located in old city

Small, quiet in a small piazza. Gabriela was very cordial and helpful. Lovely. Easy 15 minute walk from the train. The only thing is there are lots of stairs.
