"The room needed to be upgraded. Needs carpet cleaned or replaced. Needs new blinds. Hair dryer just laid on the counter. Door sticks hard to open. Wasn’t explained what building and floor the room was on. Asked for room to be cleaned, took forever. Only received towels. Lamp was broke."
