「Property was very clean- they clean the room everyday- close to Hersey Park. safe area- good restaurants close by. i stay at alot of higher end hotels & these guys do as good if not better job , beds were good, The price was right we had 2 rooms for 2 nights & paid 1/2 the price of hotels 2 miles away !!!!!!!!!!! 」

「We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was larger than we expected. There was an extra blanket which I used since I was next to the a/c. The person at the front desk provided quick information about places to eat (we arrived relatively late in the evening). Our only complaint was that elevator maintenance work was conducted 30 minutes before checkout and there was a crowd having to use the stairs, but this did not last long. We would stay here again if we came back to Lancaster.」

「I was stuck in the area due to my vehicle breaking down and needing a major repair. The hotel was nice. It was very simple but it had all the amenities needed for us to be comfortable during our stay. Katelyn at the front desk was super nice and very helpful. She also understood that traveling with children can be absolute hell at times and was more than wiling to give us some extra time at check-out. The lady that does housekeeping was also very sweet and made sure to stop by everyday and see...

「Has a terrible smell, stains on the bed sheets, there is no breakfast buffet there are bagels and coffee, eggs and sausage were in a dirty pan. The pictures of the hotel online are from a long time ago. Hotel needs an upgrade !」
