It was a beautiful quiet location right on the river. Made our stay just perfect. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom nice and clean. Can’t recommend it enough 😊

This stay was so relaxing!!!! Beautiful view from my room and balcony to enjoy my coffee and wine. Bed was amazing slept like a teenager. Only bad thing was our neighbors stinking up our room and the inside of the hallway and entryway by smoking pot!!!

The area is beautiful! The room we stayed in, the Rio Grande suite had an amazing soaking tub that fit two people! A little outside of town so we had to drive in, but for the price and the beauty, it's was a nice place to stay! Only thing to note is that the family suite is above the Rio Grande room and you can really hear when people were walking around

We had a very pleasant 3 night stay at the All Seasons River Inn. Our room was gorgeous with a log cabin design, fireplace and a view directly over the river. Parking was easy and it's only a 5 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth. The ventilation system was slightly noisy but they provide earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful river views

The inn is located on the banks of the Wenatchee River. The view from each room is delightful. Our suite was thoughtfully furnished and had everything we needed. We were especially pleased that it included a gas fireplace, a sink in the main room, a fridge and microwave, and a very comfy bed. It's much more enjoyable than the places we've tried on the main street through Leavenworth. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and gorgeous view of the river. It's only 7 minutes away from Leavenworth's hustle and bustle so you won't be disturbed. The different themed rooms are so fun and quirky, not too overbearing. There is a little noise from the other people staying but if you don't mind some upstairs neighbors and cleaning it's a great option.

We had the most amazing magical winter weekend in Leavenworth. Our room was so cozy, we didn't want to leave! The views of the river are spectacular, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the host was so responsive and helpful with any questions we had about the area. We stayed in the Colorado room and were really impressed. The views were fantastic, and the room itself was huge—easily spacious enough for more than four people. It’s a great choice if you're looking for comfort and room to spread out. While the hotel isn't within walking distance of the city center, the peaceful setting and views more than make up for it. A great place to relax and unwind. One downside was that, despite having informed the hotel that we were a group of five, the sofa bed wasn’t prepared when we arrived. We had to set it up ourselves.

This was my 4th stay at this property, but the first under current management. It used to be one of my favorites B & B's, but now it is just an ordinary inn with no breakfast, no in person hosts, and no access to what used to be a pleasant common area where all guests could relax for a cup of coffee or tea. (If you stay in the Colorado Suite, you get the former public area as part of your suite. If not, you're out of luck.) When we stayed upstairs, it was delightful, and probably still is, but what we got this time was a fairly small daylight basement room where we could hear footsteps and conversations from the people upstairs. It was advertised as the Rio Grande Suite but was just a bedroom and bath. It was clean and nicely decorated with a spa bathtub and a lovely river view. The inn had no indoor public space, and the only contact from our hosts was via text message. Given the current lack of parking in downtown Leavenworth, and the need to go to town for breakfast, I would select an inn where I could walk to the restaurants and shops downtown.

This is an amazing property, would've been better if the fireplace was working. We stayed in the Colorado suite. I will be back in the winter to see the outside beauty that time of year. Hourly the fireplace will be working.
