「Base Camp is literally that. It is at the base of the gondola so easy access for hikers, bikers etc. The room are no frills but clean and the bunks and 1 double was perfect for our family of 5. The staff is the best part - super helpful and friendly.」

「We stayed here as a group and used it as a base for walking Ben Nevis which is about a 15 minute drive away- the rooms were spotless and the amenities were perfect for us. The food was very good and the staff were really nice and helpful 」

「Friendly staff! The facility has clean common areas and washrooms, since they’re cleaned everyday. Kitchen is great. It’s too bad the hostel is mostly closed during the cleaning hours (no room and kitchen access) but then again you don’t come to Glencoe to stay inside :) They should fix the faucets and hand dryers in the washrooms since they don’t all work properly. Its nice that they have coffee and tea available all day. I’d recommend jt and would stay here again」
