"We have been here many times, but this time the refrigerator- was not working, we reported it, because we had medication that needed some specific temperatures- the management never got back to us. We had to get ice and keep the medication in a cooler."

"Staff was very defensive and short when asked a simple question as if we were bothering them.Staff was not welcoming, did not greet us not one time during our stay. Staff did not bring us towels when asked we had to call again the next day to receive more towels."

"It was clean, nice for the one night we needed it. The staff were not friendly, when we checked in or out, it was different staff members and they seemed to hate their job. Not pay attention or greet people. When we checked in the one lady was on her phone and barely acknowledged me, she was dismissive. When checking out it was pretty much the same. Breakfast wasn’t the best, I thought it would be cooked food, but it was just cereal, bagels and coffee. overall the best part was that the room was clean. that was it. "

"I have always loved this hotel! Not only is the staff friendly, you cant beat the location! Because if you have kids like me that can't make up there mind what they want to do. You can start the day skiing, then if you want to take a break and go swimming and back to skiing you can!"

"Good place, they need to however bring their game up on warm breakfast. Cold coffee, no real cream for coffee, most warm food not kept warm! Who uses 4 oz cups for coffee? Just few improvements will help get this place up to par for what a Holiday Inn should be!"
