「The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked...

「I have stayed at this location several times. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Location next to the interstate and BRP makes it a no brainer. Good food nearby also.I will stay there again.」

「This hotel was Disgusting and the staff was so rude. They wouldn’t allow us to have our dog in the “suite” room so her crate had to be in front of the door which was an extreme fire safety hazard for us. We traveled with 5 kids and i felt like we were all going to leave with bedbugs. Beds were so uncomfortable and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Would never stay again and would never recommend to anyone.」

「Fine for the price. The common areas has sticky stuff spilled on the floors in different locations and they were not cleaned up for duration of stay. Room was pretty clean but did need to wipe up hair on floor by vanity. Breakfast has a nice variety and was well stocked with plenty of seating options. Common areas in hotel were VERY warm and smelled like smoke. Temperature in room was very warm and hard to regulate. Beds were comfortable. 」
