When we got there, there’s a phone in the lobby to call for service. I called, the line was busy for at least 15 minutes, then it finally rang and nobody answered, I called it about 5 times. The lady working finally came down by chance and didn’t even apologize for the wait. I had been standing there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help check us in. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if she would have at least apologized for the wait, but nope, she didn’t care. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, everything was good except for the check in.
