The property is in need of repair. It took 3 tries to get the minimum amount of clean towels . The breakfast area was not clean at all. The TV was hard to work . Very seldom was there anyone at the desk . The breakfast was very skimpy. Expedia said the hotel was very good and it was far from that . We don’t plan on staying there again.

The cabin was overall clean and centrally located. We had an issue with dirty bedding but the staff took care of the problem. We had the end 6 plex cabins and you could hear traffic noise while in the cabin which was not a major issue but something to be aware of if you select those cabins.

It was terrible. One staff to run front desk, breakfast and when we said there's no one serving in the bar she said she looks after that too if you let her know you want something. Rooms dirty, a/c in one room didnt work, tubs dirty, shower curtian moldy, pain peeling and falling off. Sline on walls, 2 hottubs not in order yhe one that was open was dirty. Didn't feel safe and after addressing all these concerns they wouldn't refund our nights. All other guests we spoke to said they also were never coming back to this hotel. It should be shut down.

When we got there, there’s a phone in the lobby to call for service. I called, the line was busy for at least 15 minutes, then it finally rang and nobody answered, I called it about 5 times. The lady working finally came down by chance and didn’t even apologize for the wait. I had been standing there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help check us in. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if she would have at least apologized for the wait, but nope, she didn’t care. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, everything was good except for the check in.

I have stayed there a Dozen times , now has changed ownership. Way under staffed, All ways was out of most Breakfast items, air-conditioning did not work, told them about it NO one fixed it or couldn't move me to another room. Very poor Management, will not stay there again. It use to be a very nice place. Wouldn't Recommend anymore.
Very dirty air conditioner, could not even get them to clean it.

Property was a decent place to sleep. I was disappointed with the in-room coffee maker so I would go to lobby for coffee. The room needed updating on furniture and the bathroom. But for the most part I was comfortable and slept well.

This is a tired old property. When I drove up, I was tempted to abandon my non-refundable prepayment (Expedia) and find somewhere else to stay. Apparenty there is a small family running the place and doing all they can. While the place is a bit time worn and weary, they do make an honest attempt to keep it clean. The first room I was assigned did not have a working HVAC system. I was moved across the hall. The room was basic and it was clean. The ice machine did not work. The Hot Tubs were a wreck. The washer worked but the dryer just made wet clothes hot and damp. I was fine as solo traveler for a couple of nights but would never stay there again

The air conditioner didn't work very well. Needs overall improvement. The gal there was amazing and seemed to run the place on her own. The laundry room was filthy. Breakfast was good. Carpet appeared to be dirty. The parking lot needs major improvement.

I tried to get a discount for our terrible service but they wouldn’t so I’ll probably be calling heath inspection services out there. Mold in our bathroom crusty stuff on floor—dog hair EVERYWHERE. Not to mention there was icy water in the floor that I almost slipped on because there was no wet floor sign which is illegal. Also the hot tubs were puke green and o ur of service which is half the reason we booked this place was to hot tub. Then we got moved rooms to the handicapped room and the staff was rolling her eyes at me and we get to our room and the Ac unit was broken. Light bulbs burnt out. Hair all over the bathroom floor and in our sheets and then to top it off white crusty substance on the bed skirt. GROSS!!!!!!!!! Won’t be staying there especially because they were not cooperative about a discount. I wasn’t the only one complaining. Saw about 8 others lol.

Most of what was listed and shown on the web was not accurate. None of the reviews I read was fact. The hot tubs were not usable, green algae, uncovered, and in the parking lot. Not a good view. Air didn't work and it was so dusty and dirty, could be why it didn't work. Most of the time no one was behind the desk. Only one female we saw working our whole stay. She checked us in at 5 pm and was the one putting the breakfast out at 6 am the next morning. Second morning breakfast was almost a hour late. Same female, (only person) working.

I was surprised at how high the reviews were. On the good side: Rooms clean. Staff super nice (but WAY overworked as there was one lady who had to be the front person, the "restaurant" staff, the breakfast staff, the laundry person and EVERYthing else. Close to all the action. On the bad side: All three hot tubs were broken (and it was not on their website stating so-this had been this way for quite awhile so can't say it just happened. They had only one person doing everything so while we waited to eat something in the "restaurant" we finally gave up because she was so busy at checking people in that we felt bad. The breakfast was not good. The waffle batter was soured and there was no napkins out (or in the cupboards-I checked) OVERALL: This IS a good place to stay-it is a good price. They just need to get rid of the hot tubs all together, get rid of the "restaurant" and make the breakfast a quick cold one so as to not overwork the 2 staff they had.

Room wasn’t clean. Sink did not drain. Called in for service. Did not fix. While we were out all day, someone came in and used toilet and did not flush leaving us a nasty surprise when we got back. They gave us another room for the next night due to sink still being broken.
