"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. The room was large and comfortable although the bathroom was clean it was a little dated in design. The hotel restaurant was excellent with a lovely...

"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...

"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "le logement est propre et bien situé. Mais que dire de notre arrivée...1h du matin porte fermée, pas de petit dej (qui était censé être dans le frigo)...nous sommes partis à 9h le matin et a notre retour le soir les produit frais était sur la table, donc avec le chauffage plus utilisable le lendemain. Pourquoi ne pas le mettre au frigo? mystère. Mauvaise organisation mais ça ne choque pas les propriétaire qui sont a priori a l'étranger...bref dommage et pour 200€ la nuit inacceptable. "
