"Pros - Best breakfast in a hotel I’ve had in a while Easy check in (luckily room was ready for early check in) Clean spa facilities Great location near everything you need for a stay in Chamonix Cons Terrible pillows had a back ache every morning No fridge in rooms Kids in the spa took away from the relaxing element (did have adult only hours but perhaps if more were added throughout the day) Would definitely stay again despite the pillows and overall had a lovely stay. "As a family of 4, we stayed in the apartment which was ideal, as the kitchen, lounte and fire made for sociable evenings after finishing on the slopes. All staff were awesone and couldn't do enough for us. Very convenient for the main gondola, 5 mins walk, bus into Chamonix centre 3min walk. Highly recommend"

"Indoor/outdoor pool looked nice, but only open 10 am to 7 pm, so we missed it. Everything else was great. Very nice team who held our luggage both before checkin and after check out."
