The room was very comfortable. The front desk staff could speak enough English to make us feel welcome and to understand the breakfast information. The Food Court is huge and clean and pretty. The food is great.

This was the best hotel we stayed at. It looked amazing. Staff was friendly. The concept for food was second to none. My kids enjoyed the bedroom experience because of the bunkbeds and the location was absolutely stunning. I would definitely go back and I would highly recommend.

It is a new hotel with nice rooms. The family rooms have enough space. Only the bathroom is a little bit small. But functional for 1 night. We had a grean stay!

We had a mixed experience at the Jost Hotel Le Havre. Our family room was clean and comfortable and our two children were delighted with their bunk beds in the wall! We ate in the food court and all really enjoyed the food and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The big negative for us was the music playing loudly until 2am which we could hear very clearly in our room, even though we were on the third floor! This didn’t make for a good nights sleep. We spoke to the receptionist about it and he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said they needed to improve their noise insulation! So although some bits of our stay were good, we wouldn’t stay again. For us the noise was a real problem.

The Hotel is good, but there was a party until half past one in the lobby and the rooms are directly above. Ok, it was Saturday, but it was annoying.

Prepare to not sleep

Not suitable for families with young children. The food court and bar downstairs booms ridiculously loud music all the way through the evening till 2am every night! The rooms are not “soundproof” u can hear and feel the bass for hours on end and our kids couldn’t sleep. A hotel that doesn’t give you a good nights sleep cant be rated well im afraid.

La chambre et le petit déjeuner étaient très bien. J'ai été désagréablement surpris de devoir verser une caution pour couvrir d'éventuels dégâts à la chambre. Par ailleurs, l'hôtel semble conserver les données de la carte bancaire utilisée pour les règlements de la taxe de séjour et la caution :-(

Hotel vraiment tres bruyant !! Il y a une salle en bas qui peut être privatisée ou qui reçoit des événements, musique très forte, personnes qui rentrent et sortent et parlent fort sous les fenêtres jusqu’à très tard, je n’ai pas pu dormir Je déconseille fortement si vous souhaitez vous reposer
