Chambre qui mérite un bon ravalement. Connexion wifi désastreuse. Seul point positif : l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

Great location on the beach .The rooms are a bit dated and old. There was rust on our towel rack. The pool is tiny but the location and beachfront cannot be beat.

Hôtel situé dans un cadre agréable, avec accès à la plage. Situé dans la ville du Gosier pôle touristique non loin de Pointe à Pitre. Chambre agréable sans superflu. Idéal pour un court séjour.

Extrêmement déçu

Kitchenette délabrée, frigo sale et hors d'âge, vaisselle presque inexistante (3 petites cuillères, 3 couteaux, 3 fourchettes et 3 assiettes dépareillées...), poignées des meubles poisseuses, sièges du balcon crasseux... À l'intérieur, vieux canapé sans coussins pour le dos, télécommande de la télé qui ne fonctionne pas, douche couverte de moisissures, siège des toilettes dépoli par l'usure et les années, baie vitrée presque impossible à ouvrir tellement elle est usée, wifi ne fonctionne pas... Pire encore, ne voyant pas passer la femme de ménage, je suis allé à l'accueil, et on m'a répondu que c'était locatif et que le ménage ne serait fait qu'une seule fois en 12 jours de séjour, et que les serviettes ne seraient pas changées plus souvent. Évidemment, il m'a été répondu qu'on ferait suivre mes remarques aux responsables, le blah blah habituel des gens qui pensent faire correctement leur travail mais qui ne font rien. Aucun intérêt de continuer à venir séjourner ici, pour ma part je ne reviendrai pas.

Great area for good food and nice beaches.

My stay was for one week..they have very good places to eat some local dishes..food at the hotel was just ok..bit expensive compare to a 2min walk to the local restaurant that you can have a nice meal for about 12euro..the area is in a great location you have the stile of nice beaches right by the hotel..you will love the staff..but the rooms do need to be updated but not too bad..love the fact that there was two full baths in the studio.. I recommend..plus you can rent cars and book tours right next to the hotel.

It will do if you're staying close to the airport

This Residence Prao in the Karibea Beach Resort was an okay place to stay. After staying for several nights in Basse-Terre, this area was a disappointment. I highly recommend getting to another area to experience how beautiful Guadaloupe is. The hotel itself didn't allow check-in until 3pm. We arrived at 1pm and none of the staff offered for us to use the beach, which is why we came. If you get there early and you can't get into your room, say that you'd like to use the beach or the pool and ask for a towel card. The room was stuffy but clean. The front desk ordered us a cab to get to the airport in the early morning, which was there on time and cost about 35 euros.

Okej hotell vid fin strand

Rummet var väldigt stort, sovrum, vardagsrum, balkong och två badrum med dusch (dock bara varmvatten i ena). Hotellet ligger vid en mycket fin strand med litet ställe att handla glass, dryck. Gratis solstolar, fanns även vattenskoter mm. Restaurangen sådär, buffé på kvällarna som inte kändes prisvärd. Hotellet och rummet känns väldigt slitet överlag. Reception öppen dygnet runt.

Avoid this place!!

So disappointing ! The check in was done by a staff member that was obviously animated by the end of her shift. I was wasked a credit card deposit in oreer to use beach towels!? Our room was frequently visited while we were outside and it was not discrete because they would leave the light on and doors opened!!! The sofa is really old and need to be replaced as soon as yesterday !! Bathroom need serious refreshments... When we checked out we were asked to pay almost $2000 for 3 nights ... which was a total mistake from their part since we already paid our room though hotels.com Last but not least, as we left at 4:00 am because we had a plane to catch we were asked if we wanted to do a late check out! :-o Yeah... Me neither!! Tourist trap, avoid this place

Hôtel très bien situé au Gosier

Hôtel composé de trois établissements, Praz, Salako, et Clipper. L'ensemble a rénové l'année dernière en 2015, et des efforts importants ont faits en termes d'accueil et de restauration surtout. J'y viens parfois, et depuis de nombreuses années. Le wifi est de bonne qualité, et les abords de la piscine ont refaits. Dommage qu'ils aient supprimé la piscine du Clipper car elle était très calme. Il n'y a plus maintenant qu'une seule piscine pour trois hôtels, et elle n'est pas très grande. Si vous voulez un bon emplacement pour visiter la Guadeloupe, c'est le bon hôtel pour le rapport qualité/prix, soit en hôtel pur (Salako ou Clipper), soit en appartement avec kitchenette (Prao). Si par contre vous recherchez un hôtel animé, avec une piscine plus grande et un club enfant, il faudra débourser un peu plus et choisir l'hôtel voisin La créole Beach, mais attention leur wifi est lamentable et l'accueil très moyen (c'est plus joli mais snob et l'écart de prix n'est pas trop justifié). Dans tous les cas, bonnes vacances !

En ce qui concerne l'hôtel ,rien à reprocher,à part l'absence de climatisation pour notre fils !!!Concernant le restaurant Le Saintois : BRAVO À TOUTE L'ÉQUIPE pour les Buffets et leurs gentillesse !! Pour le reste pas d'animation,pas de boutique pour acheter de l'eau ,Pain,jus etc... ! Cerise sur le Gateau la veille du départ ,menace verbale d'une personne sois disant que je regardais sa femme !!!Personne qui n'était apparemment pas clients de l'hôtel !!! Aucun service de sécurité present !!!

Le complexe est composé de 3 hôtels... je ne le savais pas. Le service est vraiment à revoir. La chambre est propre et il y a deux salles de bain donc c'est pratique.

Not happy with the rate for the quality of room.

we were not happy with the location of our room for the price paid. Facility is wearing out and does not have comfortable bed or furniture. TV in the LR did not work (very tiny screen!!). For the price of $180/night, we got a room with the view of trash cans, and no breakfast!!

Séjour agréable mais il manque un jardin fleuri,les prestations promises ne sont pas respectées( SPA ,massages,restaurant supplémentaire) manque d'informations sur les excursions et les bus-navette(pas d'horaires ni destinations)la petite plage est agréable mais négligée(mégots,papiers)chiens errants,accueil à l'arrivée sans accompagnement pour les bagages et sans explications!

Still "under construction" ...but will be great.

The hotel is still under construction and a few places are currently being renovated. Oddly enough, there isnt a spa at this beach "resort". Im sure once everything is fixed up, this place will be great. Oh, and the beds are super firm & uncomfortable
