"Staff were really nice and helpful, mainly trying to find solutions for the issue we reported with the bedroom. Easy to park. While it seems clean in general, the smell in the bedroom (mainly in the second/small bedroom) was really awful. It is maybe humidity/mold or something coming from the air conditioning system. The 3 of us ended up sleeping in the same bed as my son refused to sleep in the smelly bedroom. Thankfully we only stayed for one night!"

"The room was very clean and well appointed. The front desk welcome was a bit brusk and they did not provide the WiFi password and it was not listed anyplace in the room. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk and since it was after 9pm when we got back to the room we had to go without internet. Other than that, our stay was fine."

"Spacious rooms, beautiful new pool, breakfast okay. Check out at 11am. Characterful building. No air con in rooms, fans were unavailable from reception. Lovely attentive staff but need more staff on site. Dining area needs updating. Overall good value for money. Hotel has huge potential to become 5* with investment."
