「The hotel is very big. After I parked the car, I found it difficulty to locate where the reception is. I held my heavy luggage and looked around. The direction indicated was not clear. Otherwise everything was good. The staff helped me to find out the room. The breakfast room is very comfortable. I wished to take dinner in hotel but the staff said that I need to book one day in advance. 」

「Très bel emplacement. Le parking n'est toutefois pas aisé. Quelqu'un pour accueillir et venir chercher les bagages serait un plus. Trop peu de personnel au petit déjeuner si bien qu'ils étaient débordés. Il n'en reste pas moins que le personnel est très agréable. 」

「Our stay at Le Bailli de Suffren exceeded our expectations. The location and amazing views were spectacular. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way on several occasions to offer recommendations and assistance for local sights. We had excellent meals at both the main restaurant and beach restaurant.
