Hotels.com booked me into a hotel that was closed for the winter! I arrived in the evening after a long journey to find everything closed but for the help of the caretaker I would have been stranded and seriously at risk. I had to find another hotel in Les Eyzies and pay 70 euros for a taxi to get there.

Eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir haben während einer Motorradtour übernachtet. Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet sehr leckere Gerichte. Chinesisch angehaucht. Mal etwas anderes. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Quiet country house hotel

This is just a small and quiet hotel so ideal as a base for exploring the Dordogne or for a romantic break. Don't expect the facilities or resources of a larger establishment, however there is a bar, restaurant and breakfast room, and in the gardens (which are currently a work in progress) there is a cabin you can hire which has a sauna, steam room, shower, exercise bike and two spa baths.

Le manoir a été rénové après la décoration c'est une affaire de gout disons qu il faut aimer le style fleuri ! pour ma part j ai préferé la salle de bain, la réception et la salle de restaurant rénovés dans un style beaucoup plus sobre. Nous avons réservé l'espace sauna,hamman pour nous détendre en fin de journée nous avons beaucoup apprécié le côté privé Nous avons dine sur place c'était très agréable autant gustativement que pour le service
