「Rooms are a bit outdated but that’s really it. The rooms are big. Staff are really nice, helpful and I would come back.」

「Waffle was great, my husband’s food was cold he had biscuits and gravy, and eggs they were cold . I believe the warmer wasn’t working or on. They were out of coffee cups so you couldn’t get coffee. The rest of the stay was great. Nice clean soft beds as busy as they were our room was very quiet. I’d stay there again sometimes food accidents happen.」

「Hot tub was not working.Pool was not working.No electric kettle in room.Coffee maker in room was not working.Chairs in room dirty.Only one juice was in breakfast and there was water coming in other three outlets.No brown bread was provided.No egg in breakfast.」

「The staff were great. We had a smooth checking. The Manager also helped us carry our luggage to the 2nd floor as the establishment did not have an elevator. The pool was closed for repairs. Breakfast was decent. Their wifi had some limit to users and I couldn’t get on it The biggest issue we had was the mattress. It was an old lumpy mattress and we had a very bad night. We stayed for only 1 night.」

「The property is very run down at the heels. While I felt the room was clean enough the bathroom shower head was broken. We encountered an “incident” where a staff member attempted to gain access to our room while we were sleeping without a prior phone call or knocking. Instead they unlocked our door with a master key and attempted to use a tool to flip the safety latch. While most apologetic about their mistake, the whole incident was unsettling.」

「Although renovations seem to be happening, the original iron spring mattress should be a priority for initial upgrades...those metal springs hurt your back...just saying...」

「It was so loudstill till 12 at night. Some guests had been singing and chatting very loudly, but no one reminded them. The room is not really clean, and there is a lot of garbage in the bedside table.」
