「The Cottage is beautiful and private, just what we needed. The entire property at Grafton is beautiful and welcoming. From the fire pit to the breakfast room. The owners are sweet and very friendly and the breakfast is superb! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.」

The staff was above and beyond lovely to interact with and very helpful. The location is an easy walk to downtown. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay.」

「Great hotel for an Asheville trip. Location is excellent and most downtown attractions, breweries, and restaurants are easily walkable. The bar at night was a fun place to hangout with the other guests and talk. The poor bartender needed help though. Too many people for him to be making drinks and running late night bites.」

「We stayed here for our first time in Asheville and it was great! The room was nice & clean. The bed was amazing along with the sheets/pillows. We had a nice decent view. Overall amazing! We would definitely pick this hotel again! Let me not forget the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash-smelled great. The only thing that’s a bummer is the pay to park. We paid $25 which is not noted when reserving a room. It should be something they mention. Who wants to pay parking when renting a...

「We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again.」
