「Very poor Wi-Fi speed, black mold on shower head, ac unit not working property, very humid inside room, room key card failed to work on the second day, tv cable stopped working at 4am on deportation day, motel was dated and needed upgrades, broken clothes dryer left outside on motel sidewalk. only one ice machine found at the pool area only, only observed one motel clerk employee during the entire stay. But the bed lining was clean, the motel is located in a good location and had extremely good...

「The room was clean the property is close to Biltmore estate and lots of other things to do. The issue was the extras the fitness room was out of order, the hot tub at pool was out of order, the luggage cards are a triangle shape and not very sturdy I had two people tell me they tipped over while full one taking a lady with it to the ground. The second day the television went out and we were told it was a city wide problem, hard to believe the whole town lost television for four days.」

「Ideal location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Open lot and covered free parking available. Hot breakfast buffet with a turkey sausage option every morning. One elevator was out of order. The hotel was very busy, which made for long waits. Carrying luggage and packages up the stairs was not ideal.」

「Stayed 5 days and there never was BACON on the breakfast menu...waffles were the best--- different flavors were interesting.」

「Overall, our stay was ok, but we will plan to stay at another hotel next time we’re in the area. The hotel itself has a smell that wouldn’t leave. I assumed it was whatever they clean with. They need to replace the pillows as well. Also, be aware they charge $75 PER pet PER night if you take a pet. The location of the hotel is great though.」

「This was our first time staying and it was a great experience. So close to town that we walked every time we went. They have a cute coffee/ bar right on premises and even had live music. Room was nice and clean and the little pantry area for snacks, coffee etc was a nice touch. Everything about the property was well thought out and it is very cozy. The staff were all super friendly and we would def stay again. Also had a pizza truck on premises that we didn’t try but they were usually busy....
