「Very nice hotel. Clean and new. The main issue is that there are five floors and only one elevator. At breakfast and checkout you may spend 4-5 minutes waiting on the elevator. And if already full, you have to wait again. 」

「The rooftop bar/restaurant was amazing with the view. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was the mountain facing room was loud from the traffic noise. We were on the seventh floor under the rooftop bar and could hear chairs sliding till closing time. 」

The walk from the only working elevator was LONG....to the lobby, to the hot tub, to the restaurants, to the Biltmore....FIX IT! I would definitely ask if I was to ever stay with you again!」
